What happens in a typical month
Each month we check that the site is up, secure and backed up, review speed on phones, and make the small changes you have asked for, such as updating team details, adding a news item or swapping images. If we spot a problem, such as a contact form that has stopped sending, we fix it and tell you. You get a short note each month of what was checked and changed, in plain English.
If you would like more than tweaks, such as new landing pages or conversion testing, those can be quoted separately or moved into a retainer.
