What we look at

  • Your website: clarity of the offer, speed on phones, forms and the path to an enquiry.
  • SEO: which searches you could win, what is stopping you, and technical health.
  • Paid ads, if you run them: tracking, search terms, targeting and landing pages.
  • Tracking: whether you can tell which channel brings enquiries and customers.
  • AI search: what ChatGPT, Gemini and Google’s AI answers say when asked for a business like yours.

How findings are written

Each area gets a simple traffic light: green for working, amber for room to improve, red for something costing you enquiries now. Every finding says what we saw and why it matters, in plain English.

You finish with three moves, in order, that are most likely to bring in more enquiries over the next 90 days. You can do them yourself, with your current team, or with us.

Sample findings: Harrowgate & Finch Joinery (not a real company)

A made-up bespoke joinery firm with one showroom, a ten-year-old website and some Google Ads spend. Everything below is invented to show the format, not real results.

  • Website

    Amber

Home page says “Crafted with passion” but never says what they make, for whom, or where. Enquiry form has 11 fields.

  • SEO

    Amber

No separate pages for kitchens, wardrobes or staircases, so the site cannot rank for any of them.

  • Google Ads

    Red

Conversion tracking counts page views as leads, so the account cannot tell which searches produce enquiries.

  • Tracking

    Red

Phone calls, which are most enquiries, are not tracked at all.

  • AI search

    Amber

Asked for a joiner in the area, assistants name two competitors. Business details differ between the website and directories.

  • Reviews

    Green

Plenty of recent, detailed reviews on Google. A strength to show off more.

The three next moves (in order)

  1. Fix conversion tracking and add call tracking before changing any ad spend.
  2. Rewrite the home page opening and build one page each for the three main services.
  3. Make business details identical across the website, Google Business Profile and directories.

Start with the numbers

Every engagement starts with an honest audit

We review your website, SEO, ads and tracking together, then agree the three moves most likely to bring in more enquiries.

What it costs

The Growth Audit is free and there is no obligation. If you want help afterwards, our packages start from £49 a month +VAT for Website Care and £750 a month +VAT for SEO or paid growth.

After the audit

There is no follow-up sales sequence. If you would like help with the three moves, we will suggest the smallest package that fits; if you would rather do them yourself, that is fine too.

Last updated 27 October 2026. Prices exclude VAT.
